Who are we hiring?
The Senior Specialist People Development and Instructional Design develops best-in-class learning curriculum, focused on core skills, leadership functions, role-based development, and customer service programs for guest facing and corporate employees.
What will you do?
- Lead the creation and development of high quality, engaging learning and developmental content aligned with the latest L&D and D&I best practices
- Create and prepare trainings, e-learning, and curate on-line content and general content management on LMS – develop training aids including handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, digital aids
- Partner with People Development team to create programming focused on customer service standards and skill building for our corporate employees and guest facing employees
- Conduct needs analyses to assess requirements of target audiences to improve performance, including meetings with subject matter experts and research to validate content needs to determine the appropriate learning solution
- Help build a learning culture and connectivity across employees through learning experiences
- Support administration and oversight of company-wide Learning Management System
What do you need to succeed?
- 3-5+ years of experience in instructional design within the customer service environment, with high-level proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate or Camtasia
- Experience working with a Learning Management System
- Relevant experience in corporate setting delivering instructional design products
- Proven record of developing and delivering training and workshops for a wide range of learners and subject areas
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and in a timely fashion
- Innovation, communication, facilitation, design thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build strong relationship with peers and senior leadership
- Self-starter who thrives in fast paced, ambiguous environments that requires agility while demonstrating sound judgement
- Advance level experience with MS Office, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams, virtual instructional design tools; synchronous/asynchronous learning strategies
