Who are we hiring?
The Senior HRIS Analyst provides key support to the People Practices function by enabling the operation, maintenance, upgrade, and enhancement of our applicant tracking (Greenhouse) platform and our onboarding (EMP Trust) platform. The Senior Analyst is responsible for providing project support, production support, and enhancement support, automation, streamlined administration, and the reduction of operational risk.
What will you do?
- Partner with business stakeholders to define their HRIS system needs and develop solutions for delivering against them.
- Configures integration between HCM and Greenhouse platform, and from Greenhouse to Onboarding platform ensuring data consistency and quality across systems.
- Completes assigned configuration tasks as requested for front end user and business needs.
- Ensures HRIS systems are compliant with GDPR and other data governance regulations, participating in SOX and other audits as required.
- Supports data and analytics using Greenhouse data for ad hoc reporting for People Acquisition, leadership, and other business users.
- Responds with answers or solutions to inquiries and escalations for support from business users.
- Designs test cases and participates in the review and testing of code/configuration releases of both ATS and Onboarding systems.
What do you need to succeed?
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field
- 5+ years’ experience configuring and supporting Greenhouse Application Tracking System
- 3+ years’ experience configuring and supporting employee onboarding systems, preferably EMP Trust
- 3+ years’ experience working with HCM systems, preferably Oracle HCM
- Comfortable writing SQL to generate reports or data extraction.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage with business stakeholders to effectively translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ability to translate goals into procurement opportunities as well as effectively communicate progress.
- Experience using MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Prior experience using Food & Beverage ordering systems.
- Ability to build strong relationships with all customers (internal and external).
- Ability to work both independently to trouble shoot and problem solve.
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and open to learning new ways of working.
- Ability to be a reliable team member, capable of effective collaboration to achieve our shared goals across teams and departments.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, tailoring the message based on the purpose, audience, and channel.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $83,000 - $145,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations for this role in Burbank, Las Vegas and New York City. This role is available on site in all three aforementioned cities.
