Who are we hiring? 

The EIT Operations Engineer is responsible for delivering concierge-level technology support and services to senior executives. The EIT Operations Engineer is responsible for being on standby for special requests at a moment’s notice and for proactively staying current with emerging trends, tools, and services to continuously enhance the executive experience. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, a perfectionist mindset, and a commitment to enhancing the executive technology experience. The EIT Operations Engineer is data-driven, leveraging technology tools to enhance service delivery and create meaningful client engagement.

What will you do?

  • Deliver concierge-level technology support on demand and proactively by monitoring for potential issues, leveraging supported tools, and resolving problems before they arise.
  • Support a wide range of technology products and platforms, including laptops, tablets, mobile devices, and personal devices interfacing with company systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of technology environments, including hotels, airplanes, boats, and third-party residences.
  • Create dashboards and reports on the health of the executive technology portfolio; partner with the End User Support team to quickly and discreetly address issues and trends.
  • Demonstrate strong executive presence by communicating with clarity, using appropriate language, and adapting to the communication style of each client.
  • Provide support for local and third-party software and services, identity and authentication systems, mobile management platforms, and collaboration tools.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers, taking ownership of incidents and acting on behalf of executive clients to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Coordinate with mobile device providers and service agents; plan for scenarios such as international travel and large events, applying proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Provide strategic leadership for projects, driving on-time and on-budget delivery while continuously improving the overall customer experience 
  • The ability to conceptualize and develop unique, non-industry-standard solutions to meet specialized and emerging business needs 
  • Proactively identify emerging patterns and investigate underlying causes, driving continuous improvement initiatives to reduce future incidents 

What do you need to succeed?

  • Associate’s degree in Business or Technology or equivalent technology certifications
  • 5+ years of executive technology support experience in large matrixed organization, law enforcement, or government agency
  • 7+ years of end-user technology experience.
  • Proficiency with cloud and distributed technology tools such as Office 365, MDM, DocuSign, and ServiceNow
  • Experience with a multitude of technology systems, including Android mobile devices, iPads, Mac, AV equipment, cameras, satellites and other existing technology.
  • Experience in process design and implementation
  • Ability to perform under pressure and within short timeframes
  • Ability to develop multiple approaches to support fast-paced executives and their teams effectively
  • Ability to understand situational awareness and apply discretion and tact in nuanced situations

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB: 

  • This role will travel several times throughout the year to other business locations.
  • Nontraditional work hours and available nights and weekends
Pay Range
$96,000$170,000 USD
