The Manager Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning people strategies with divisional goals to drive business performance, organizational effectiveness, and operational excellence. This role partners closely with leaders to deliver scalable HR solutions across workforce planning, talent management, organizational design, employee relations, performance management, and change management while leveraging workforce analytics and AI-enabled tools to improve decision-making, streamline HR processes, and enhance the employee experience. The Manager collaborates across HR Centers of Excellence to ensure consistent execution of enterprise initiatives, support organizational change, mitigate risk, and drive adoption of new processes and technologies. As a trusted business partner, this role fosters a culture of accountability and high performance while delivering measurable business outcomes.
What will you do?
- Partner closely with business leaders to understand divisional priorities and translate business objectives into strategic HR initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, workforce capability, and business performance.
- Advise leaders through organizational change, performance management, workforce planning, and employee relations matters, providing practical, compliant solutions that support business objectives and a high-performing culture.
- Lead the execution of structured performance management processes that reinforce accountability, clarify expectations, and support employee development and organizational success.
- Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters, investigations, conflict resolution, and sensitive employee lifecycle events while ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant outcomes.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COE) to implement enterprise programs, leverage AI-enabled tools and technology, and continuously improve HR processes that enhance efficiency, consistency, and the employee experience.
- Partner with COEs to deliver integrated HR solutions that support the full employee lifecycle and evolving business needs.
- Leverage workforce data, analytics, and key performance metrics to identify trends, inform business decisions, support workforce planning, and proactively address organizational risks and opportunities.
- Maintain expert knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and organizational practices to ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and provide consistent guidance across supported business divisions.
- Execute HR transactions and maintain employee data within HR systems with exceptional accuracy, attention to detail, and timeliness, proactively validating information, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring data integrity to support informed decision-making, operational excellence, and compliance.
- Demonstrate strong ownership and follow-through by proactively managing priorities, anticipating business and employee needs, and ensuring HR processes are executed accurately, efficiently, and with a high level of customer service.
- Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site.
What do you need to succeed?
- 5+ years of progressive Human Resources Business Partner or Generalist experience supporting business leaders in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
- Demonstrated ability to align people strategies with business objectives and influence leaders on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, performance management, and change management initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, employee relations, and compliance requirements with the ability to apply sound judgment in complex situations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence, build credibility, and establish trusted partnerships across all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a proven track record of maintaining accurate employee data, executing HR transactions with precision, and ensuring data integrity across HR systems.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while consistently meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality work.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to identify process improvements, anticipate business needs, and drive operational excellence.
- Experience leveraging HR metrics, workforce analytics, and data insights to support decision-making, measure outcomes, and improve business performance.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across HR Centers of Excellence and shared services teams to deliver consistent, seamless HR support.
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling confidential and sensitive employee information.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), HR technologies (Oracle HCM and Greenhouse preferred), and AI-enabled tools to drive operational excellence through process automation, data accuracy, workflow efficiency, and an enhanced employee and manager experience.
