Who are we hiring?
The Restroom Attendant will be responsible for the cleanliness and organization of all restrooms in the Arena.
What will you do?
- Removes restroom trash, maintains restroom supplies, such as toilet paper, seat covers, hand soap and antibacterial gel
- Creates an inviting, welcoming and positive atmosphere within the arena and for generating positive and memorable guest experiences during sporting, entertainment and family events
- The ideal candidate must have a commitment to providing a high-quality experience for both internal and external guests.
- Candidate will ensure that MSG standards are always met and exceeded.
What do you need to succeed?
- Must possess understanding of basic cleaning applications such as sweeping, mopping, etc. but not limited to knowledge of striping, waxing, burnishing, shampooing.
- Must be proficient at utilizing necessary equipment and safety requirements for equipment.
- Must be able to communicate effectively and follow directions.
- Previous guest service experience is a plus.
- Will possess excellent communication skills, work ethic, and strong attention to detail, leadership qualities and ability to work in a team environment.
Special Requirements
- Able to walk and stand during the entire shift.
- Lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50 bs.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, have split days off, work weekends and holidays in a 24 X 7 environment.
