Director Analytics

Who are we hiring?

The Director, Quality Control is responsible for aligning security initiatives with the fiscal priorities of the organization by leveraging advanced data analytics, process automation, and strategic management of standards and processes. This role requires detailed knowledge of daily operational functions, along with extensive experience in SQL querying, and Python scripting to solve complex business problems. The Director is responsible for the consistency of standards, process management, and the development of capital department and event budgeting. Through the evaluation of data, labor and material expenses, and processes, the Director ensures that security performance is consistently optimized to support the department’s trajectory and needs.


What will you do?

  • Utilize SQL, BI-tools and Python to query, script and analyze security analytics that combines data from various sources to identify correlations and anomalies.
  • Analyze and evaluate security data to identify risks and threats to life, limb, and property.
  • Analyze and evaluate security data to determine security needs, security program goals, or program accomplishments.
  • Develop and implement Python scripts to support process improvements and create dynamic solutions to software limitations, enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Identifies and analyzes issues identified through analytics and provides remediation recommendations.
  • Produce and maintain documentation of internal audits and quality assurance activities
  • Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that security processes meet required specifications for quality, function and adherence to all applicable local, state and federal laws.
  • Advises the SVP Security on fiscal budgeting conditions
  • Develop capital budgeting for asset purchasing.
  • Develop labor budgeting and processes of strategic staffing and labor management for operational security leadership.
  • Conducts and oversees Staff and Material Management/Allocation (Oversees Master Staff Scheduling Systems).
  • Oversees the protocols, process, and Third-party vendors for Employee Audits, on behalf of the SVP of Security
  • Liaises with the applicable adjacent department stakeholders on Policy and Procedure, Standard Operating Procedure, and Manual Development.
  • Drafting and updating the departmental Security Director’s Handbook.
  • Advise the Senior Vice President of as well as key Executives on Market Compliance standards and any regulatory changes.

What do you need to succeed?

  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7-10 years security operations and management experience and knowledge of data science and/or forensics data analysis (candidates with comparable experience in other corporate  fields may be considered).
  • Highly skilled in SQL, BI-tools, and Python,
  • Must be skilled in analyzing and refining processes, and adept at persuading stakeholders of the benefits of the proposed changes.
  • Must excel in research and be highly resourceful.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and drive results in a fast-paced environment is essential.
  • Must have strong leadership abilities.
  • Must have strong knowledge of Corporate Finance and Capital Budgeting.
  • Must have knowledge in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Special Requirements

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, and extended hours, inclusive of weekends, nights and holidays required. 
  • Frequent typing with repetitive motion, sitting, and extensive walking through the building required. 
  • Ability to frequently travel to other venues to support the Threat Management team as needed in any market.

Pay Range
$139,000$190,000 USD
