Who are we hiring? 

The Manager People Practices partners with the business and implements People Practices priorities for specific business units within the MSG companies.

What will you do?

  • Contribute to and support the delivery of strategic talent initiatives across a variety of disciplines: culture building, organizational development, talent management, inclusion and diversity.
  • Contribute to and support the delivery of decisions around organization design, compensation, employee development, and talent density for assigned business units.   
  • Possess a heightened awareness of the needs of the business and seen as a trusted partner for all employees. 
  • Ensure fair and consistent application of company policy and procedures, while promoting a positive employee morale. 
  • Assist in all employee life-cycle related processes including onboarding, performance management, career development, and offboarding process.

What do you need to succeed?

  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources management or related field of work 
  • A self-starter, demonstrating curiosity about the business and organization with a desire to uplevel the partnership with the teams they support
  • Strategic thinker with a proven ability and interest for hands-on execution 
  • Adept at exploring and analyzing data to identify insights and opportunities for business impact
  • Approachable and thoughtful collaborator with the ability to inspire employees at all levels into action
  • Comfortable working autonomously and able to demonstrate proactivity in identifying and addressing potential challenges before they become problems
  • Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Demonstrates integrity, tact, diplomacy and a commitment to company values and key HR guiding principles

Pay Range
$83,000$130,000 USD
