Who are we hiring? 

The Salesforce Admin will help coordination with other department managers/directors and related developers (internal and external) to streamline business processes and create efficiencies within the SFDC Platform.  The Salesforce Admin will assist with Force.com Platform engineering, documentation, and end user training.  Additionally, they will participate in application design, configuration, testing, and deployment of new Salesforce functionality.  They will continue to look for opportunities to enhance the Salesforce experience as well as find opportunities to streamline processes for divisions within the organization.

What will you do?

  • Share Responsibility for SFDC Change Management and Source Control (Github)
  • Provides technical support for all sales operations-related technology
  • Designs and develops minor and major UI implementations utilizing Salesforce with lightning flow builder, APEX Triggers, Asynchronous Processes, Visual Force, Aura/LWC Components, Unit Tests etc.
  • Assists other developers and CRM team with business strategy execution for all operations-related technology.
  • Work closely with Sales Managers to collect requirements for future functionality and maintenance
  • Assist in the technical growth of junior level team members

What do you need to succeed? 

  • Bachelor’s degree required - Computer Science, MIS or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience
  • 1+ years of Software engineering skills with Force.com Platform (Apex, Visual Force, SOQL, Unit Testing)
  • Working knowledge and experience with complex business systems integration as well as object-oriented design patterns and development
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, and ETL tools
  • com Certified Administrator Certification desired
  • com Certified Developer Certification desired
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Expert knowledge of Salesforce CRM UI
  • Advance knowledge of Source Control Systems preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of SFDC Deployment Strategies preferred
  • Advanced SOQL and reporting skills preferred
  • Experience with SFMC is favorable
  • Experience with Data Cloud is favorable

Pay Range
$75,000$115,000 USD
