MSG Sports And MSG Entertainment Name Doug Jossem Executive Vice President, Global Sports And Entertainment Partnerships
NEW YORK (March 25, 2025) – Madison Square Garden Sports Corp. (“MSG Sports”) and Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. (“MSG Entertainment”), (together “the MSG family of companies”), announced today that Doug Jossem, an accomplished leader with more than two decades of media, advertising, and management experience, has been named Executive Vice President, Global Sports and Entertainment Partnerships.
Mr. Jossem will develop and lead the global partnerships business across MSG Sports, which features some of the most recognized teams in professional sports, and MSG Entertainment, a world leader in live entertainment comprised of renowned venues and entertainment brands. In addition, he will support sales efforts for MSG Networks, a pioneer in regional sports media, which is also part of the MSG Family of Companies through Sphere Entertainment Co. In this role, Mr. Jossem will collaborate with business leaders across the MSG Family of Companies to align global partnerships strategies with business objectives, driving a multi-channel approach focused on delivering growth through both new and existing partners. He will lead an in-house sales team focused on excellence and innovation, with a commitment to cultivating and maintaining best-in-class relationships with the companies’ partners. Mr. Jossem will be based in New York and report to Jamaal Lesane, Chief Operating Officer, MSG Sports.

Mr. Jossem joins MSG from Walmart, where he served as Head of Food for Walmart Connect. In this role, he led the largest business unit at Walmart Connect and was responsible for driving cross-functional alignment by partnering with Walmart’s leadership teams across multiple divisions to deliver impactful initiatives and integrated campaigns. Prior to Walmart, Mr. Jossem was with Twitter, where he served as Head of International Content Partnerships, with responsibility for driving growth through the creation of new products and research studies. Mr. Jossem also previously served as Chief Revenue Officer at Vice Media where he oversaw a team of 250 people and was responsible for leading the company’s revenue and strategy efforts for digital, television, news, creative agency and studio within the North American market. Earlier in his career, he held sales roles with organizations such as Comedy Central, CNN, and Yahoo.
Mr. Jossem is a member of the Board of Advisors at the University of Rhode Island and a board member at Ad Council. He received a B.A. in Communications from the University of Rhode Island.
